Email Communications

If you would like to stop receiving marketing or promotion communications via email from IFS, you may opt out of such communications by opening the last communication sent by IFS. All emails sent through our email marketing system, MailerLite, have an unsubscribe link at the very end of each email. After clicking Unsubscribe you will be asked if you are sure that you want to do this. Once you confirm, you will see a list of possible unsubscribe reasons. Choose a reason to submit the unsubscribe request.

Log Files

Intermittent Fasting Success follows a standard procedure of using log files. These files log visitors when they visit websites. All hosting companies do this and a part of hosting services’ analytics. The information collected by log files include internet protocol (IP) addresses, browser type, Internet Service Provider (ISP), date and time stamp, referring/exit pages, and possibly the number of clicks. These are not linked to any information that is personally identifiable. The purpose of the information is for analyzing trends, administering the site, tracking users’ movement on the website, and gathering demographic information.

How long we retain your data

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile. All users can see, edit, or delete their personal information at any time (except they cannot change their username). Website administrators can also see and edit that information.

What rights you have over your data

If you have an account on this site, or have left comments, you can request to receive an exported file of the personal data we hold about you, including any data you have provided to us.
